Plugin Terms and Conditions

a) Our plugins are not compatible with all websites, and sites that have conflicts with plugin or other technical difficulties in working may require extra work that is charged at an additional rate.

b) We guarantee our plugin works with the version of WordPress and WooCommerce stated. However, given the complex nature of website code and in the unlikely event of a technical conflict, we will gladly assist in locating the cause of the issue as an additional service should you not have in-house technical support.

c) We do not offer refunds where you change your mind or you decide after purchase you no longer want the plugin.

d) We do not offer refunds where our plugin does not work because of a technical conflict or other technical issue with your website.

e) We stand by the quality of our products, and where the product itself is faulty or has a bug and does not work because of reasons outside of our control, we will work diligently to resolve it.

f) Any Disputes must be made within 30 days of purchase.

g) We highly recommend if you have any uncertainty about the product, that you contact us here. We will then provide advice about the most suitable plugin for your business. If we recommend a plugin and it’s not the right one for your circumstances, we will provide a credit towards the correct plugin.
