Our HelpScout plugin has had a small but vital release regarding customer data sync issues.
Customer data not syncing in HelpScout mailbox or showing on the WooCommerce sidebar which was caused by an incorrect credential issue only allowing customer data to sync occasionally, not properly.
Along with an updated code, we have ensured that the allow access button will display only after necessary credentials are added and are validated so the HelpScout API can function as it should to avoid customer confusion.
If you have experienced or encountered this issue, please update your WooCommerce and HelpScout plugin to version 3.2, to ensure your customers data syncs as it should.
